When you purchase a package at MobiRoller, your automatic payment order becomes active in order not to interrupt your service.
When your package expires, if the balance of your card is available, renewable is done from your card that you have purchased before. When the renewal process is performed, an information mail is sent to your e-mail address.
If your card does not have sufficient balance, you will receive an e-mail informing you that payment could not be made. The system will try to renew 3 times, once a day, and will send you an informational mail every time you try. If no payment is made for 3 renewals (3 days), your package will automatically be downgraded to a Free package.
If you do not wish to renew your package or you want to upgrade it yourself, you can cancel your direct debit authorization as follows;
Log in to your panel, click on the e-mail address at the top of the right corner. Then click Account Settings.
Click on Payment Settings in the left menu,
You can cancel the automatic debit authorization by unticking the “My package will renew automatically” on the payment settings page. You can also change your card details with the Payment Method field.
