1. Log in to your Admob account. https://admob.google.com/

2. After logging in, click on the “Privacy & Messaging” section in the menu on the left. Then click on the “Create” button in the section shown in “European regulations”.

3. Click the “Get Started” button to create the GDPR message.

4. On the screen that opens, click on the “Create a European regulations message” button.

5. First, click on the “Select apps” button on the right.

6. Select the application(s) to which you want to add GDPR and fill in the “Privacy policy URL” section of the selected application if it is empty. Then save it by pressing the “Confirm” button.

7. On this page, select the language you use by default in the Google Play Console as the “Default language“. Select the “Do not consent” and “Close ( do not consent)” sections in “User choices” as “Off” and then press the Publish button.

8. Click the “OK” button on the screen that appears.

9. Congratulations. Your GDPR message is now published.

10. You can view the GDPR message you created in the “Privacy & messaging” tab and change it if there is anything you want to change.

Your app com.asdasd123456.mobiasd123456 version code 15 includes SDK com.flurry.android:analytics or an SDK that one of your libraries depends on, which collects personal or sensitive data that includes but may not be limited to Android ID, Advertising ID identifiers. Persistent device identifiers may not be linked to other personal and sensitive user data or resettable device identifiers as described in the user data policy.

 

Starting from 23 January 2023 midnight (UTC), new app releases containing the SDK version(s) that do not comply with the user data policy may be blocked from release. You may consider upgrading to a policy-compliant version of this SDK that does not include the violating code, if available from your SDK provider, or removing this SDK from your app.

 

According to your SDK provider, you may consider upgrading to 14.0.0, and/or contacting your SDK provider to see if a suitable later version might be available. Google is unable to endorse or recommend any third-party software.

 

ACTION REQUIRED: Upload a new compliant version AND deactivate the non-compliant version.

1) First of all, go to your Mobiroller panel and see when you created the version code written in the e-mail you received. The first 3 digits are Mobiroller’s own version number, 3.36.2.x, and the last digit is your APK/AAB file version code. If you have created 19 APK/AAB files for your app, your version code will usually be x.x.x.19.

2) If the version code sent to you by Google belongs to your previous APK/AAB file, not the last one you produced, you need to update your application via Google Play Console by creating a new AAB file.

3) If you click on the Include the old version option while uploading the new version of your application to the Google Play Console, you will have sent the version you had problems with in your last publication and the Google Play Console will still send you an SDK error.

4) You should not click the Include button in the “Not Included” section. Including old versions when publishing new versions to update your application will cause you and your users to experience errors from old versions. Therefore, you should never click on this part.

If you have done the above-mentioned actions regarding your application and submitted a new AAB file for review on the Google Play Console, your problem will be resolved after the review is completed.

NOTE: If you are having problems due to an old version remaining active despite all you have done, unfortunately, as Mobiroller, we do not have any authority to intervene in this part. Because all control of this place belongs to Google. Therefore, you can contact the Google Play Technical Support team and request that the versions you have experienced are removed from your developer account.

1) Öncelikle https://firebase.google.com/ adresine gidiniz. Girdiğinizde kayıtlı bir Gmail hesabınız yok ise önce sitenin sağ üst kısmından Oturum Aç diyerek Gmail hesabınıza giriş yapabilirsiniz. Giriş yaptıktan sonra ya da kayıtlı Gmail hesabı var ise sitenin, sağ üst kısmında bulunan Konsola Git butonuna tıklayın.

2) Proje oluştur seçeneğini seçerek devam edin.

3) Uygulamanızın adını Project Name alanına yazın ve Continue butonuna tıklayın.

4) Karşınıza gelen ekranda yine Continue butonuna tıklayın.

5) Google Analytics’i aktif etmek için Enable Google Analytics for this project kısmını açın ve ardından Continue butonuna tıklayın.

6) Ülkeyi seçtikten sonra aşağıdaki koşulları okuyun ve iki kutuyu da onaylayın. Sonra Add Firebase butonuna tıklayın.

7) Bu ekranda, Yeni projeniz hazır bildirimi altındaki Continue butonuna tıklayın.

8) Açılan panelden Get started by adding Firebase to your app başlığının altındaki Android seçeneğini tıklayın.

9) MobiRoller panelinden APK’nızı(Android Paket Adı) oluştururken belirlemiş olduğunuz paket adını Android package name kısmına yazın. App nickname kısmına ise uygulamanızın adını yazabilirsiniz. Paket adı ile ilgili detaylı bilgiye Paket Adı Nedir? adlı makalemizden ulaşabilirsiniz.

10) Android Paket Adı(APK)’nızı ve Uygulama adını yazdıktan sonra Register app butonuna tıklayın. Sonrasında gelecek ekranı, hiçbir şey yapmadan (X) işaretine basarak kapatın.

11) Gelen ekrandan sol üst köşedeki bölümden Project Overview butonuna tıklayın. Ardından Alt kısımda açılan sekmeden Authentication butonuna tıklayın. Karşınıza gelen ekranda Get started butonuna tıklayınız.

12) Karşınıza çıkan ekranda Sign-in Method butonuna tıklayın. Açılan ekrandaki oturum açma sağlayıcılardan Email/Password alanına tıklayın.

13) Email/Password kısmında, resimdeki gibi Enable seçeneğini aktif hale getirip Save butonuna tıklayınız.

14) Daha sonra sol taraftan Project Overview alanının sağ tarafında kalan Ayarlar butonuna tıklayarak Project settings‘i seçin.

15) Karşınıza çıkan ekrandaki Web API Key kısmını kopyalayıp, MobiRoller panelinde Firebase ayarlarındaki Firebase Web API anahtarı kısmına yapıştırmanız gerekiyor.

16) Yine aynı ekranda sayfanın alt bölümünde bulunan App ID‘yi de kopyalayıp MobiRoller panelinde Firebase Ayarlarındaki Firebase Uygulama kimliği alanına yapıştırmanız gerekiyor.

17) Kopyalamış olduğunuz bu 2 alanı, Mobiroller panelinizde sol tarafta bulunan Yönet menüsünün altındaki Firebase Ayarlarında ilgili alanlara yapıştırdıktan sonra , Kaydet butonuna tıklayarak Google Analytics bağlantınız tamamlanmış olacaktır. Fakat çalışması için yeni bir APK üretmeniz ve uygulamanız herhangi bir uygulama marketinde yayında ise güncellemeniz gerekmektedir.

Firebase ayarlarında yaptığınız değişiklikler yeni APK üretimi ile aktif olacaktır. Değişikliğinizi tamamladıktan sonra Pano sekmesine giderek yeni bir APK üretiniz ve uygulamanızın kontrolünü yeni APK’nız ile sağlayınız.

1) If you haven’t entered Google Cloud Platform before and created a Project, click the Create button on the right from the screen that opens.

Project Name: You can write the name of your application here, but you cannot change it later, so you should enter it carefully. You can also edit and customize the Project ID under the Project name, it is recommended to create this part with your app’s name as well. You cannot change this later.

Organization: If your account has an organization, you will see this area to choose your organization.

Location: If you have other projects that you have created on Google Cloud Platform, it is the part that you can add below. Otherwise, you can continue without changing.

After entering your information, click the Create button to continue.

2) After your project is created, you will be redirected to this page. Click the Credentials tab from the panel on the left of the page.

3) On the Credentials screen, click Create Credentials and select API Key from the drop-down box.

4) Your Google API Key will be generated automatically. You can copy your API Key by pressing the button that appears on the screen.

5) Paste the API Key you copied into the Google API Key section on the Manage-> Login screen in Mobiroller and press the save button.

6) By generating a new APK/AAB file, you can activate your Google API Key.

Issue details can be “Policy Declaration for Play Safety Label: Location Data Type – Precise Location” or “Policy Declaration – Data Safety Section: Device Or Other IDs Data Type – Device Or Other IDs (some common examples may include Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID)”. To solve it, you need to follow the steps below.

1 ) After entering your application in your Google Play Console account, click on App Content under Policy on the left menu.

2 ) Click the Start button under Data Safety on the screen that appears.

3 ) Just click on the Next button.

4 ) Select as seen in the pictures and click the Next button. (Yes, Yes, No)

5 ) Select Precise Location from the screen that appears and scroll down the page.

Select Device or other IDs at the bottom of the page and click Next.

6 ) Click the Start button on the far right of Precise Location.

7 ) Make the markings as follows on the screen that appears.

Then, select these 2 options at the bottom of the same page and click the Save button.

8) After finishing the Precise Location process, Click the Start button on the far right of Device or other IDs.

9 ) Make the markings as follows on the screen that appears.

Then, select this option at the bottom of the same page and click the Save button.

10 ) Just click on the Next button.

11 ) Click on the Save button

And now your app’s data security problem will be solved. If there is no other problem with your app, Google will publish your app.

One of the two sites used for the application package in the Android application world is the APK file and the other is the ABB file.

• apk: Android Application Package
• .aab: Android App Bundle

If you want to test your application and install it on your phone, you must produce an APK file. The APK file can be installed on the Android phone and you can test your application. The AAB file cannot be installed on the phone.

If you want to upload your application to the Google Play Store for the first time, you must produce an ABB file. After 01.08.2021, Google Play Store announced that it will not accept APK files for first downloads and must be ABB files.

In order for users to send data to you, you can create a Form module in your app so that the incoming form data will be sent to you by e-mail. For this;

Recipient (s): It will be sufficient to enter your e-mail address in this section. If you want to enter more than one e-mail address, you can separate the addresses with (,) commas.

Sender: This is the field where you need to specify who you want the sender’s name to appear as when the data entered in this field reaches you as an e-mail.

Sender Email: From which e-mail address you want the incoming e-mails to come from, you can make corrections in this field.

E-mail Subject: You can specify the subject title of the Incoming Form data in this field.

Although you edit these fields and the form data entered in the app still doesn’t come to you by an email, please contact us at support@mobiroller.com.
