1. IPA file being configured by companies,
2. The requirement of having the necessary hardware and allocating an employee workforce for this (“…..” code information, the need to use a Mac device, etc.)
3. The additional benefit status on the Mobiroller side is the reflection of the design and updates you made, except for the basic issues such as your app’s logo or name after uploading your app to the Apple App Store. You do not need to send an update with every change.

You can upgrade your package from My Apps screen by clicking the Upgrade button or you can click the Upgrade Package button from the dashboard.

After both steps, the package selection screen will appear on the screen. In this screen, you can determine the type of package you want to upgrade from the New Package section and the duration from the Subscription Plan section, and proceed to the next step with the Next button.

You need to fill in the information requested from you and click the Continue button. If you have a discount coupon, you can log in from the field on this page that is Do you have a discount coupon? 

The next step is the screen where you will pay for and complete the package purchase. In this section, you can enter your card information securely, moreover, you can even use 3D Secure feature. In addition, by clicking All Installment Options, you can examine benefits among Installment Options.

On the right side of the screen, you can see your package information.

Another MobiRoller package is the MobiRoller Reseller. By having the reseller package, you can find solutions for the mobile app needs of your customers and sell them at the price you want.

All the apps you make with the reseller package are in BIZ package. You can use all active features as the full version.

Charges for your paid published mobile app will be sent to your developer accounts by Apple and Google and they are not linked to MobiRoller.

You must have at least one  Eco Package in order to add ads to your app. You’re adding ads to your app by Google AdMob. Your advertising revenue will also be credited to the account you specify in your AdMob account. Your advertising revenue is paid by Google. There is no connection with MobiRoller.

Ads in free packages belong to MobiRoller. You cannot generate revenue from these ads.

Refund Policy

You can make your refund by sending an e-mail to support@mobiroller.com or by calling MobiRoller Customer Service on 0850 303 49 09 from on Monday – to Friday between 09:00 – 18:00.

Returns are subject to Mobiroller Terms of Use. If you change your mind, you can return your package to us within 7 days.

It will take 5-12 business days for the refund to reach your account.

You should contact your bank directly for more information about when a refund will appear in your account.

If you have made your payment in installments, you should contact your bank as well directly for information about your refund.

When your package expires, if the balance of your card is available, renewable is done from your card that you have purchased before. When the renewal process is performed, an information mail is sent to your e-mail address.

If your card does not have sufficient balance, you will receive an e-mail informing you that payment could not be made. The system will try to renew 3 times, once a day, and will send you an informational mail every time you try. If no payment is made for 3 renewals (3 days), your package will automatically be downgraded to a Free package.

If you do not wish to renew your package or you want to upgrade it yourself, you can cancel your direct debit authorization as follows;

Log in to your panel, click on the e-mail address at the top of the right corner. Then click Account Settings.

Click on Payment Settings in the left menu,

You can cancel the automatic debit authorization by unticking the “My package will renew automatically” on the payment settings page. You can also change your card details with the Payment Method field.

In app that has been downgraded to a free package;

• If your app is still running on the Apple App Store, your iOS app will close.
• Your app will show AdMob banners and interstitial ads with revenue that belongs to MobiRoller.
• Your push notification will be limited to 5 daily.
• You can’t take notification for your forms.
• You will not be able to use a dedicated customer representative or Live support service.
