If you follow the steps below in order, your Shopify store will be successfully added to your application.

1) Firstly, you need to go to the Shopify website and log in to your account. https://www.shopify.com/

2) After logging in, click the Settings button located at the bottom left of the screen.

3 ) On the screen that appears, click the Apps and sales channels button, then click the Develop apps button located at the top.

4 ) On the screen that appears, click the Allow custom app development button.

Next, on the screen that appears, click the Allow custom app development button once again.

5 ) On the screen that appears, click the Create an app button.

6 ) On this screen, enter your app’s name in the App name field, select your developer account from the App developer section, and then click the Create app button.

7 ) Click the Configuration tab at the top of the screen, then click the Configure button located to the right of the Storefront API integration section.

8 ) Select all the checkboxes under the Storefront API access scopes section, then click the Save button.

9) After saving, click the Install app button.

On the screen that appears, click the Install button.

10) After the installation is complete, go to the API credentials section at the top and copy the code in the Storefront API access token field.

11) After copying the API code, log in to your Mobiroller account and click on the Content section from the left menu and click the Add to App button under the Shopify module from the screen that appears.

12 ) Add your information about your store in the fields here.

Title: Write the name you want your module to appear in your application.

Domain: You need to write Shopify store link to here. Example;  storename.myshopify.com/

API Key: Paste the Storefront API access token that you copied in Shopify.

Add information about your store to the Company Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Address sections and click the Save button.

NOTE: If you enter the Domain and Api Key incorrectly, your Shopify store will not appear in your application.

NOTE: Do not add the http:// or https:// part in the domain name. Otherwise, your products will not be visible.

The Chat module is currently available only for Android apps. 

Click on the Content tab in the panel. Then, click the Add to App button located under the Chat/Messaging module.

On the screen that appears, enter the name you want the Chat/Messaging module to be displayed as within the app into the Title field. Then, click the Save button.

The Chat/Messaging module has been successfully added to your application.

To use the Chat/Messaging module, you need to configure the App Login/Register settings and set up your Firebase configuration.

Configuring App Login/Register Settings

Click on the Basic Configurations section under the App Login/Register tab in the panel. On the screen that appears, activate the Enable Login button.

After enabling the Enable Login button, activate the Active Chat Feature button on the screen that appears, and then click the Save button.

Additionally, if you want to allow your users to register within the app or sign in with Google, you can enable these options in the same section.

Configuring Firebase Settings

In the panel, click on the Firebase Settings section under the Settings tab. You need to fill in the fields on the screen that appears. To obtain the necessary information for these fields, please visit https://firebase.google.com/.

If you don’t have a registered Gmail account when you visit https://firebase.google.com/, first click Sign In at the top right corner of the site to log in with your Gmail account. After signing in—or if you already have a registered Gmail account—click the Go to console button located at the top right of the site.

Proceed by selecting the Get started with a Firebase project option.

Enter your app’s name in the Project name field and click the Continue button.

After this step, you can enable Google Analytics for your project. To activate Google Analytics, follow these steps:

1- Turn on the Enable Google Analytics for this project option, then click the Continue button.

2- Select the Google Analytics account you want to use. Then, click the Create project button.

If you do not want to enable Google Analytics, turn off the Enable Google Analytics for this project option in the first step and then click the Create project button.

Your project has been created. On the screen that appears, click the Continue button.

From the opened panel, click the Android option under the Get started by adding Firebase to your app heading.

In the Android package name field, enter the package name you specified while creating your APK (Android Package Name) in the Mobiroller panel. In the App nickname field, you can enter the name of your application.

You can access your package name under the Android Application section in the Download tab of the Mobiroller panel.

For detailed information about the package name, please refer to our article titled What is a Package Name?

After entering your Android Package Name (APK) and App Name, click the Register app button. On the next screen, close it by clicking the (X) icon without making any changes.

On the screen that appears, click the Build button on the left. Then, from the section that opens below, click Authentication. On the screen that appears, click the Get started button.

On the screen that appears, click the Sign-in method tab. Then, from the list of sign-in providers, click on Email/Password.

In the Email/Password section, enable the Enable option as shown in the screenshot, then click the Save button.

Next, under the Build section on the left, select Realtime Database, and on the main screen, click the Create Database button.

On the screen that appears, leave the United States (us-central1) option as it is, and click the Next button.

Select the Start in locked mode option and click the Enable button.

Copy the URL displayed on the screen—this is your Firebase Database URL. Paste the copied link into the Firebase Database URL field within the Firebase Settings section of the Mobiroller panel.

After pasting the link into the relevant field in the Mobiroller panel, click the Rules button.

Delete the entire code snippet in this section, then copy and paste the following code snippet into the area.

If you have pasted the code correctly, it will look like the example below. After this, click the Publish button.

Note: If you return to the Database screen through the panel, the code will reset due to a Firebase error, causing your app to malfunction. Therefore, after pasting and publishing the code, proceed directly to the next step without revisiting the Database screen.

Then, from the left side, click the Settings button located to the right of the Project Overview section, and select Project settings.

Copy the Project ID from the screen that appears and paste it into the Firebase Project Id field in the Firebase settings of the Mobiroller panel.

Then, copy the Web API Key and paste it into the Firebase Web Api Key field.

On the same screen, copy the App ID located at the bottom section of the page and paste it into the Firebase App ID field in the Firebase settings of the Mobiroller panel.

Next, click the Cloud Messaging tab at the top. On the screen that appears, copy the Sender ID and paste it into the Firebase Sender ID field in the Firebase settings of the Mobiroller panel.

After filling in the relevant fields, you can complete the Firebase configuration required for the Chat/Messaging module by clicking the Save button. However, in order for it to be activated, you need to generate a new APK and update it if your app is live in any app market.

The Firebase Api Key field in the Firebase Settings section of the Mobiroller panel is not used in the current configuration. It is perfectly fine to leave this field empty.

The changes you make in the Chat/Messaging settings will become active with the production of a new APK. After completing your changes, go to the Download tab, generate a new APK, and verify your application using the new APK.

If you continue to experience errors despite having completed all steps correctly; click the Users and permissions tab on the same screen. Then, click the Add member button on the screen that appears.

Next, add support@mobiroller.com, select Editor from the Role(s) section, and click the Add member button to grant access. Then, send an email to support@mobiroller.com including a screenshot of the error you are encountering.

After activating the Chat/Messaging module, you will see the standard Admin and Moderator roles created by coming to the Chat Role Management tab in the App Login/Register area on the left of your app panel. You can authorize your members with these roles to manage users in the Chat/Messaging module.

You can create new roles with the Add New Chat Role button.

You can change the chat role name, description and badge area using the Edit button.

Now that you have created your roles, you can edit your members from the Member Management screen.

You can add members by clicking the Add Member button.

Users who download your app can register to your app with the option to register from within the app.

You can assign the Admin role to your existing members from the Chat Role Name field. Other role assignments can be done by users with the Admin role through the app.

When you run your app on your device, you will receive a warning like this if you have not logged in.

If you have a membership login or log in from this screen, you will reach the Chat screen.

You can access Chat Profile information and Administration Panel from the top right button and the List of Users with the bottom right button.

1.Chat Profile

When you click on the Chat profile, you will see your profile information. You can view your profile information here, by clicking on the pencil mark at the top right, as the same as the second picture, you can to go to the editing section and edit it. 

You can enter your status by clicking the Message icon in the chat profile.
The status information you entered will be displayed on your Chat profile screen as in the third picture. Other users can see your status information when they click on your profile information.

2. Management Panel

The admin panel is only visible to people with the Admin role.

a.Blocked Users:

In this section, if you have already blocked a user can see the name. After clicking the user, you can see the information of the user on the screen that appears. You can activate the Role List and Unblock option by clicking the settings icon.

b.Role Management:

On this screen, you can see the roles you have created, and you can see the users who have that role by clicking on whichever role.

c.Complaints:

If you have the admin role in this section, you can see complaints from users. In addition, users who have admin role will receive notification of user complaints.

d.System History:

In this section, you can see the record of transactions made on the chat module.

3. User List

This section is open to users in all roles, where you can see the user list. You can also talk to a person by message by clicking on a person’s name. Moreover, you can find a user directly with the search button at the top right.

After messaging with a contact, the detail button will appear on the upper right side of the correspondence screen. With this button, you can view the person’s information, complain, archive or delete the conversation.

4.Blocking a User

To block a user first, open the chat window. Then touch the three dots at the top right. In the window that opens, click the View User button. Then click the block button on the right bottom

How Can I Add the Standard Content Module to My App?

You can view the Active Modules by clicking the Content section located on the left side of your control panel. You can also add a module to your app’s content by clicking the Add to App button under the Standard Content module.

On the screen that appears,

Pick Menu Image: From this section, you can upload the icon that will be displayed for your module within the app. When you click this button, a new screen will appear. You can upload any icon you want from your computer by choosing the Custom Image option. Alternatively, you can select one of the pre-made icons prepared by Mobiroller by choosing the Library option on the same screen.

Publish Module/Draft: From this section, you can choose whether the module will be included in your app or not. By selecting Publish Module, you can make the module available in your app. By selecting the Draft option, you can keep your module in draft status. If you choose this option, the module will not be visible in your app.

Link Module To Main Menu / Custom Menu: From this section, you can choose where the module will be placed within your app. Select Link Module To Main Menu to display the module directly in the main menu. To use the Custom Menu option, you must have previously added a Submenu module to your app.

If you already have a Submenu module, clicking on the Custom Menu option will show a list of available sub menus. Select the desired sub menu to place your module under it.

Content Text Background Color: You can adjust the background color of the text in your module from this field.

Content Background Color Opacity: You can set the opacity of the background color for the text in your module from this field.

Content Textarea Height: You can set the height of the text area in your module from this field.

Background Image: You can set the background image that will appear in your module from this field. When you click this button, a screen will open where you can either upload a background image from your computer by selecting the Custom Image option, or choose one of the pre-designed background images provided by Mobiroller by selecting the Library option.

Main Image: You can upload the image that will be displayed in your module from this section.

After completing the required fields, click the Save button located at the bottom right to add the Standard Content module to your application.

You can view the Standard Content module you added in the App Content section.

Click on the three-dot icon (…) located on the right side of your module to access options related to your module. In this area, you can perform actions such as editing, deleting, saving the module as a draft, and adjusting the module’s position.

When you want to make a screen with such pictures and texts, you can use the Standard Content module.

App Content: This is where you can create the content of your module. Additionally, within the Custom Screen module, you can customize the font size, color, and style specifically for that module.

Background Image: You can set a background image for your module from this section. When you click this button, a new screen will appear. You can either select Custom Image to upload any background image from your computer, or choose the Library option to pick from Mobiroller’s ready-to-use background images.

Adding an Image in the Custom Screen Module

By clicking the image button within the module, you can access the Insert/Edit Image section.

From this section, you can enter the source URL of the image you want to add, along with the image description and dimensions.

In the Advanced section, you can fine-tune how the image will appear on the screen in more detail.

After filling in the required fields, click the Save button to complete the image addition process.

You cannot directly add an image from your computer to the Custom Screen module. First, you need to upload your image to a web page. You can use websites like imgbb.com for this purpose.

Adding a Video in the Custom Screen Module

By clicking the video button within the module, you can access the Insert/Edit Media section.

In this section, you can enter the source URL of the video you want to add, along with the video dimensions.

If you have the embed code of your video, you can paste it in this field.

In the Advanced section you can add a poster image for an alternative source and media.

After filling in the required fields, click the Save button to complete the media addition process.

You cannot add a picture from your computer directly to the custom screen module. First you need to upload your video to a web page.

Adding a Table in the Custom Screen Module

To perform this action, first click on the Table button within the Custom Screen module.

On the screen that appears, you can use the Table area to add a table to your mobile application.

What is source code?

The source code section allows you to create screens in your mobile application using HTML and CSS code.

First, click on the Source Code section within the Custom Screen module.

The source code screen will appear. From this area, you can create the content of your module using HTML/CSS code.

After creating your content, you can add the Custom Screen module to your app by clicking the Save button located at the bottom right.

You can view the Custom Screen module you added from the App Content section.

Click on the three-dot icon (…) located on the right side of your module to access options related to your module. In this area, you can perform actions such as editing, deleting, saving the module as a draft, and adjusting the module’s position.

How Can I Add the Website Module to My App?

Page Loading Animation: You can enable or disable the loading animation while the web page is loading within your app.

Display Toolbar: You can enable or disable the toolbar for this screen.

Enable Cache: You can enable or disable caching for the website you’ve added within your app. Enabling the cache feature allows you to save download time for your web page and maintain user sessions.

After filling in the required fields, you can add the Website module to your app by clicking the Save button located at the bottom right.

You can view the Website module you added in the App Content section.

Click on the three-dot icon (…) located on the right side of your module to access options related to your module. In this area, you can perform actions such as editing, deleting, saving the module as a draft, and adjusting the module’s position.

With the website module, you can add as many web pages as you want to your mobile application.

If you regularly add blog posts, news content, or daily data entries and want to prevent older content from getting lost, you can use the Submenu module.

How Can I Add the Submenu Module to My App?

Background Image: You can set the background image for your module from this section. When you click this button, a new screen will appear. You can either select Custom Image to upload any background image from your computer, or choose the Library option to continue with one of the ready-made background images provided by Mobiroller.

Main Image: If you want to display an image at the top of the items listed in your module, you can upload that image from this section.

View Type: You can choose the option that suits you best between Submenu and Submenu Pro display types.

View  Image: You can upload the image to be displayed as the background for the items listed in your Submenu by enabling the Custom Image option. If the Default Image option is selected, the background image for the listed items will be the default one you selected under the List Item Background section in the Background Images area found in the Design tab of the left menu.

After completing the required fields, you can add the Submenu module to your app by clicking the Save button located at the bottom right.

You can view the Submenu module you created in the App Content section. Now, you can add other modules that you want to group and place them under the Submenu module you’ve created.

By selecting the Custom Menu label at the top of the module you want to add, you can choose the Submenu screen where you want to add your module.

By clicking the (+) icon next to the Submenu module in the App Content screen, you can view the modules you’ve added under the Submenu module.

Click on the three-dot icon (…) located on the right side of your module to access options related to your module. In this area, you can perform actions such as editing, deleting, saving the module as a draft, and adjusting the module’s position.

How Can I Add the IP TV Module to My App?

Title: You can enter the name that will appear for the IP TV module in your app.

Stream Link: You can enter the broadcast link for the IP TV module here.

The link you enter in this field must be the broadcast link for the channels, in the .m3u or .m3u8 format. Links like https://www.nbcnews.com/watch will not work in the Live TV module. You can place these links in the web module instead.

After completing the required fields, you can add the IP TV module to your app by clicking the Save button at the bottom right.

NOTE: After this process, you will need to create a new APK / AAB / IPA file. Otherwise, it will not appear in your app.

You can view the IP TV module you added in the App Content section.

Click on the three-dot icon (…) located on the right side of your module to access options related to your module. In this area, you can perform actions such as editing, deleting, saving the module as a draft, and adjusting the module’s position.

If you follow the steps below in order, the Advanced Live Chat module will be successfully added to your application.

1) First of all, you need to go to the Sendbird site and create an account from there. https://sendbird.com/

2) After enter the website, click on Sign Up at the top right of the screen.

3 ) You can enter your information on the screen that appears and click Create Account, or you can log in with Google by clicking the Continue with Google button.

4 ) On the next screen, select the options that are right for your application and click the Next button.

5 ) On the next screen, you can enter the name of your application or company in the Organization Name section, and if you want, you can enter your phone number in the Phone section. After entering your information, click the Next button to proceed to the next section.

6 ) On the Create Application screen that comes up, you should choose Chat from the Product Type section. You must write the name of your application in the Application Name field and select the country closest to the country you are in in the Region part. After completing all of them, click on the Create App button.

7 ) In order to avoid any problems with your package, first click on your account name at the top of the screen and click on General from the drop-down menu.

8 ) Click the Change button on the General page.

9 ) Select Developer from the screen that appears and click the Change Now button.

10 ) In the pop-up window that appears, you need to type the Organization name. If you do not remember your organization name, your Organization name will be written in the area indicated by the arrow sign. You have to write it in the box below and click the Change button.

11 ) After choosing your package type as Developer, click Select Application on the top left of the screen and select your application from the drop-down section.

12 ) Click the Go to Settings button next to the name of your app.

13 ) Copy the Application ID. You need to paste this copied text into the relevant area in your Mobiroller panel.

14 ) Log in to your Mobiroller account and click on Content from the menu on the left and click on the Add to App button under the Sendbird Chat module on the screen that appears.

15 ) In the Title field, type the name you want your application to appear with. Paste the Api Key you copied in Sendbird into the Application ID field and click the Save button.

NOTE: You need to generate a new APK/AAB/IPA file for your changes to appear in your app.

 NOTE: If you enter the Api Key section incorrectly, this module will give an error.

NOTE: This module only supports up to 100 users for free. If you want to use it for more people, you need to purchase a package via sendbird.

1) First of all, you need to go to the Calendly website and log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up for free.

2) Click the Log In button on the top right of the screen and log in to your account.

3) After logging into your account, click on Integrations at the top of the screen.

4) On the Integrations page, select API and webhooks.

5) Click the Get a token now button on the screen that appears.

6) Click the Continue button.

7) In order not to forget why you created the token, you can write the name of your application in this field. Next, click the Create Token button.

Click on the Copy Token button and make a note of the token information you have copied, because you will need it when adding this module to your application on the Mobiroller screen. If you lose this token information, you will need to create a new one.

9) Return to the Calendly homepage after noting the token information. Here you need to set the appointment details you want to use in your application. If you want, you can click on the “30 Minute Meeting” on the left that Calendly automatically creates and edits, or you can create a new one by clicking New Event Type button. In this article, we will continue by editing the one on the left.

10) You will see an area like the one below. Here you can make the adjustments of your appointment.

Note: In the free version of Calendly, only 1 activity can be active at a time, so you need to deactivate the activities you do not use. You can activate or deactivate this event in the “Your event type is” section.

11) “What event is this?” from:
– Write the name of your event (appointment/reservation) in the Event Name field.
– You can choose where to make this appointment/reservation from the Location section (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
– In the Event link section, you need to write how this event will appear in your appointment link. For example Meeting, Appointments, etc.
– Do not forget to click the Save & Close button after entering your information.

12) “When can people book this event?” from:
– Date Range: You can set how long an appointment can be made through the system.
– Duration: Here you can determine how long the event will last.
– How do you want to offer your availability for this event type? : You can determine between which hours you will serve.
– Want to add time before or after your events? : If you want to add any rest period after or before the events, you can specify it here.

– Do not forget to click the Save & Close button after entering your information.

13) If there is any extra information you want from the people who will make an appointment in the “Additional Options” section, you can add that information to this field. In this way, they need to fill in this information when they make an appointment.

14) In the “Notifications and Cancellation Policy” section, you can set the formats and reminder times of the e-mails that will be sent to your customers after the appointment.

15) In the “Confirmation Page” section if there is another action you want to do in the appointment confirmation window, you set it.
– Do not forget to click the Save & Close button after entering your information.

16) After making all the adjustments for your event, you need to return to the Home page. Click on the Copy Link at the bottom of your event and make a note of it. You will need this event information in your Mobiroller panel.

17) Go to your Mobiroller panel and click on the Content area. Click the Add to App button under the Appointment / Reservation module.

18) Enter the name you want to give to this module in the Title field.

Paste the Token you copied from the Integration section in Calendly into the Access Token section and click the Validate Token button.

19) If the Token information you entered is correct, the field where you can add your event link will appear. Enter the event link you copied from Calendly in the event link field and click the Validate Token button.

20) After your information is verified, you will add this module to your application by clicking the Save button at the bottom right.

If you change the event link via Calendly, you can edit your link by clicking on the three dots area to the right of the module you added and clicking on Edit from the options that open.

The appointment/reservation module has been successfully added to your application. Now your customers can create appointments through your application. Appointments made will be sent to you as a notification and you will be able to see your current appointments on Calendly.
