Then, click the Select application section in the top-left corner and choose the relevant project.

Follow the steps Settings > Chat > Push notifications.

On the screen that opens, click the Add credential button located in the APNs section.

Fill in the required fields and click the Add button.

Here:

• In the Upload credential field, you need to upload the .p8 file you created in Step 1.
• In the Bundle ID field, you must enter the Bundle ID value of your app, which you can access through App Store Connect.
  You can find this value under App Store Connect > App Information > General Information.
  
• You can find the Key ID value in the document referenced in Step 1.
• You can access the Team ID value from Apple Developer > Account > Membership details.
  
• Select Production as the option in the SSL certificate type field.
• Continue by leaving the Sound field empty.
• No changes are required for the Extensions field; it should remain as shown in the screenshot.
• After clicking the Add button, the process will be completed. Push notifications will be delivered to devices for the messages you send via Sendbird.

After completing the configuration, if you would like to send a test notification, you can do so by clicking the Send button.

The delivery of the first notification may take 1–2 minutes. Subsequent test notifications are delivered instantly.

Sign in to your Apple Developer account. Go to https://developer.apple.com/ , then click on the Account tab.

Click on the Keys field under Certificates, IDs & Profiles in the Program resources tab on this screen.

On the screen that opens, click the Create a key button.

On the screen that opens, enter the name of your key file in the Key Name field, then activate the Apple Push Notifications service (APNs) field and click the Configure button.

On the screen that opens, select the Sandbox & Production option from the Environment field, select the Team Scoped (All Topics) option from the Key Restriction field, and click the Save button.

Click the Continue button on the screen that appears.

Click the Register button on the screen that opens.

On the screen that opens, click the Download button to download the generated key file. Then click the Done button.

Here are the steps related to the app-ads.txt file:

• You must have (or create) a developer website.
• Create your app-ads.txt file.
• Publish the app-ads.txt file on your developer website.
• Wait for AdMob to crawl and verify your app-ads.txt file.
• Check your AdMob account to confirm whether your app-ads.txt file has been successfully verified.

You must have a developer website or create one

If you already have a website created to promote your app, you need to upload your app-ads.txt file to that website. In order for AdMob and other ad platforms to verify that the app belongs to you, the app’s listing on platforms such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store must include the website where the app-ads.txt file is hosted.
For example, if your developer website is www.exampledeveloper.com, your app-ads.txt file must be accessible at: www.exampledeveloper.com/app-ads.txt This is the exact path that ad platforms will crawl to verify ownership.

If you don’t have a website, you can create one for free using website builder platforms. For example: https://www.google.com/business/website-builder/

If you prefer not to create a full website solely for hosting your app-ads.txt file, you can use this platform to create a simple site dedicated only to displaying your app-ads.txt file.

You must add your existing or newly created website to your app store listing information.

To add your developer website to your app store listing:

• For Google Play Store: Add your website URL to the Contact Details section of your app listing.
  1. Sign in to your Google Play Console.
  2. Select one of your applications.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click on Grow users.
  4. Click on Store presence > Store settings.
     
  5. Go to Store listing contact details.
     
  6. Add the URL of your developer website.

• For Apple App Store: Add your developer website URL to the Marketing URL field in your app store listing.
  1. Sign in to your Apple App Store Connect account.
     
  2. Click on My Apps, where your applications are listed.
     
  3. Select one of your apps.
  4. On the opened page, enter your website URL in the Marketing URL field.

In the control panel, navigate to the Monetization > In-App Purchase section from the left-hand menu, and click the Settings button located there.

To obtain your Google Play License Key, log in to your app through your Google Play Developer account. Then, go to the Monetize with Play section and click on Monetization setup. From there, copy the Licensing key provided in that area.

Paste the code you copied into the Google Play License Key field in the control panel, then click the Save button.

Next, log in again to your Google Play Console account and go to the Monetize with Play > Products section.

You will see three options: App pricing, In-app products, and Subscriptions.

Let’s review the In-App Products section:

Click the Create product button.

On the screen that opens, fill in the required fields.

Now, let’s review the Subscriptions section:

Click the Create subscription button.

On the screen that opens, fill in the required fields.

After entering the required information, click the Create button.

After creating the subscription, you must add a Base Plan. To do this, select the subscription you have just created.

Click the Add base plan button.

On the screen that opens, fill in the required fields.

After filling in the required fields, click the Save button.

Then, go to the Monetization > In-App Purchase section in the Mobiroller panel and click the Add New Product button.

On the screen that opens, fill in the required fields.

After adding the products, your In-App Purchase screen will appear as shown below.

You can add a product for a single screen by entering both a subscription ID and a one-time purchase ID, allowing you to present both options to the user.

You can add multiple products for a single screen and offer them to users as a package system or bundle-style structure.

The design in this section is automatically generated. The top section color is derived from Design > App Colors > Navigation Bar Color.
The Show button’s label and color are also automatically assigned by the system.

Once you have followed all the mentioned steps correctly, the In-App Purchase feature will be successfully activated.

This feature is currently available only on Android apps and requires the app version to be at least 3.6.0.x to be enabled. You can check your app version from the screen where you generate the APK.

How to Enable the Sign in with Google Feature?

To enable the Sign in with Google feature, go to the left menu in the control panel and click on App Login/Register > Basic Configurations. Then, activate the Enable Login and Google Sign In options. After that, click here to request the necessary permission from Google Cloud Platform.

When you access Google Cloud Platform, if a consent window appears, make your selections and click the Agree and Continue button.

If you haven’t previously accessed Google Cloud Platform and created a project, click the Create Project button on the right side of the screen that appears.

Project Name: You can enter your app’s name here, but please note that it cannot be changed later, so make sure to choose carefully.
You can also edit and customize the Project ID just below the project name. It’s recommended to use your app’s name here as well. This ID also cannot be changed later.

Location: If you have other projects created in Google Cloud Platform, you can choose to place this new project under one of them. If not, you can proceed without making any changes.

After entering your details, click the Create button to continue.

Once your project is created, you will be redirected to this page. From the panel on the left side, click on the OAuth consent screen section.

On the screen that appears, click the Get Started button.

On the screen that opens, fill in the App name and User support email fields under the App Information section, then click the Next button.

In the Audience section, select the External option and click the Next button to proceed.

Enter the email address Google will use to contact you in the Contact Information field, then click the Next button.

Check the box in the Finish section, click the Continue button, and then click the Create button.

After completing this step, click the hamburger menu icon located at the top left.

On the screen that opens, click on the Credentials section under APIs & Services.

Click the Create credentials button located at the top.

Close the screen that appears by clicking the OK button.

On the screen you’re redirected to, click Create Credentials again, then select the API key option from the dropdown menu.

Your API key will be generated shortly. Copy the generated key, then click the Close button.

You need to paste the copied key into the Google API Key field in the Mobiroller panel. To do this, go to App Login/Register > Basic Configuration in the Mobiroller panel, enable the Google Sign In option, paste the key into the field below, and then click the Save button.

Next, go to the Android App section under the Download tab and click the Generate New AAB/APK File button to update your APK.

To resolve this error, go to the OAuth consent screen section under APIs & Services.

On the screen that opens, go to the Audience section and click the Publish app button.

Then, on the next screen, click the Confirm button to proceed. This will resolve the issue you encountered.

If you want to prevent this warning from appearing, you need to verify your app by completing the Branding section under the Google Auth Platform.

Your Sign in with Google feature is now activated. The option to Sign in with Google will appear on your app’s login screen. You can update your app in the stores accordingly. If you follow the steps below in order, your Shopify store will be successfully added to your application.

1) Firstly, you need to go to the Shopify website and log in to your account. https://www.shopify.com/

2) After logging in, click the Settings button located at the bottom left of the screen.

3 ) On the screen that appears, click the Apps and sales channels button, then click the Develop apps button located at the top.

4 ) On the screen that appears, click the Allow custom app development button.

Next, on the screen that appears, click the Allow custom app development button once again.

5 ) On the screen that appears, click the Create an app button.

6 ) On this screen, enter your app’s name in the App name field, select your developer account from the App developer section, and then click the Create app button.

7 ) Click the Configuration tab at the top of the screen, then click the Configure button located to the right of the Storefront API integration section.

8 ) Select all the checkboxes under the Storefront API access scopes section, then click the Save button.

9) After saving, click the Install app button.

On the screen that appears, click the Install button.

10) After the installation is complete, go to the API credentials section at the top and copy the code in the Storefront API access token field.

11) After copying the API code, log in to your Mobiroller account and click on the Content section from the left menu and click the Add to App button under the Shopify module from the screen that appears.

12 ) Add your information about your store in the fields here.

Title: Write the name you want your module to appear in your application.

Domain: You need to write Shopify store link to here. Example;  storename.myshopify.com/

API Key: Paste the Storefront API access token that you copied in Shopify.

Add information about your store to the Company Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Address sections and click the Save button.

NOTE: If you enter the Domain and Api Key incorrectly, your Shopify store will not appear in your application.

NOTE: Do not add the http:// or https:// part in the domain name. Otherwise, your products will not be visible.

The Chat module is currently available only for Android apps. 

Click on the Content tab in the panel. Then, click the Add to App button located under the Chat/Messaging module.

On the screen that appears, enter the name you want the Chat/Messaging module to be displayed as within the app into the Title field. Then, click the Save button.

The Chat/Messaging module has been successfully added to your application.

To use the Chat/Messaging module, you need to configure the App Login/Register settings and set up your Firebase configuration.

Configuring App Login/Register Settings

Click on the Basic Configurations section under the App Login/Register tab in the panel. On the screen that appears, activate the Enable Login button.

After enabling the Enable Login button, activate the Active Chat Feature button on the screen that appears, and then click the Save button.

Additionally, if you want to allow your users to register within the app or sign in with Google, you can enable these options in the same section.

Configuring Firebase Settings

In the panel, click on the Firebase Settings section under the Settings tab. You need to fill in the fields on the screen that appears. To obtain the necessary information for these fields, please visit https://firebase.google.com/.

If you don’t have a registered Gmail account when you visit https://firebase.google.com/, first click Sign In at the top right corner of the site to log in with your Gmail account. After signing in—or if you already have a registered Gmail account—click the Go to console button located at the top right of the site.

Proceed by selecting the Get started with a Firebase project option.

Enter your app’s name in the Project name field and click the Continue button.

After this step, you can enable Google Analytics for your project. To activate Google Analytics, follow these steps:

1- Turn on the Enable Google Analytics for this project option, then click the Continue button.

2- Select the Google Analytics account you want to use. Then, click the Create project button.

If you do not want to enable Google Analytics, turn off the Enable Google Analytics for this project option in the first step and then click the Create project button.

Your project has been created. On the screen that appears, click the Continue button.

From the opened panel, click the Android option under the Get started by adding Firebase to your app heading.

In the Android package name field, enter the package name you specified while creating your APK (Android Package Name) in the Mobiroller panel. In the App nickname field, you can enter the name of your application.

You can access your package name under the Android Application section in the Download tab of the Mobiroller panel.

For detailed information about the package name, please refer to our article titled What is a Package Name?

After entering your Android Package Name (APK) and App Name, click the Register app button. On the next screen, close it by clicking the (X) icon without making any changes.

On the screen that appears, click the Build button on the left. Then, from the section that opens below, click Authentication. On the screen that appears, click the Get started button.

On the screen that appears, click the Sign-in method tab. Then, from the list of sign-in providers, click on Email/Password.

In the Email/Password section, enable the Enable option as shown in the screenshot, then click the Save button.

Next, under the Build section on the left, select Realtime Database, and on the main screen, click the Create Database button.

On the screen that appears, leave the United States (us-central1) option as it is, and click the Next button.

Select the Start in locked mode option and click the Enable button.

Copy the URL displayed on the screen—this is your Firebase Database URL. Paste the copied link into the Firebase Database URL field within the Firebase Settings section of the Mobiroller panel.

After pasting the link into the relevant field in the Mobiroller panel, click the Rules button.

Delete the entire code snippet in this section, then copy and paste the following code snippet into the area.

If you have pasted the code correctly, it will look like the example below. After this, click the Publish button.

Note: If you return to the Database screen through the panel, the code will reset due to a Firebase error, causing your app to malfunction. Therefore, after pasting and publishing the code, proceed directly to the next step without revisiting the Database screen.

Then, from the left side, click the Settings button located to the right of the Project Overview section, and select Project settings.

Copy the Project ID from the screen that appears and paste it into the Firebase Project Id field in the Firebase settings of the Mobiroller panel.

Then, copy the Web API Key and paste it into the Firebase Web Api Key field.

On the same screen, copy the App ID located at the bottom section of the page and paste it into the Firebase App ID field in the Firebase settings of the Mobiroller panel.

Next, click the Cloud Messaging tab at the top. On the screen that appears, copy the Sender ID and paste it into the Firebase Sender ID field in the Firebase settings of the Mobiroller panel.

After filling in the relevant fields, you can complete the Firebase configuration required for the Chat/Messaging module by clicking the Save button. However, in order for it to be activated, you need to generate a new APK and update it if your app is live in any app market.

The Firebase Api Key field in the Firebase Settings section of the Mobiroller panel is not used in the current configuration. It is perfectly fine to leave this field empty.

The changes you make in the Chat/Messaging settings will become active with the production of a new APK. After completing your changes, go to the Download tab, generate a new APK, and verify your application using the new APK.

If you continue to experience errors despite having completed all steps correctly; click the Users and permissions tab on the same screen. Then, click the Add member button on the screen that appears.

Next, add support@mobiroller.com, select Editor from the Role(s) section, and click the Add member button to grant access. Then, send an email to support@mobiroller.com including a screenshot of the error you are encountering.

After activating the Chat/Messaging module, you will see the standard Admin and Moderator roles created by coming to the Chat Role Management tab in the App Login/Register area on the left of your app panel. You can authorize your members with these roles to manage users in the Chat/Messaging module.

You can create new roles with the Add New Chat Role button.

You can change the chat role name, description and badge area using the Edit button.

Now that you have created your roles, you can edit your members from the Member Management screen.

You can add members by clicking the Add Member button.

Users who download your app can register to your app with the option to register from within the app.

You can assign the Admin role to your existing members from the Chat Role Name field. Other role assignments can be done by users with the Admin role through the app.

When you run your app on your device, you will receive a warning like this if you have not logged in.

If you have a membership login or log in from this screen, you will reach the Chat screen.

You can access Chat Profile information and Administration Panel from the top right button and the List of Users with the bottom right button.

1.Chat Profile

When you click on the Chat profile, you will see your profile information. You can view your profile information here, by clicking on the pencil mark at the top right, as the same as the second picture, you can to go to the editing section and edit it. 

You can enter your status by clicking the Message icon in the chat profile.
The status information you entered will be displayed on your Chat profile screen as in the third picture. Other users can see your status information when they click on your profile information.

2. Management Panel

The admin panel is only visible to people with the Admin role.

a.Blocked Users:

In this section, if you have already blocked a user can see the name. After clicking the user, you can see the information of the user on the screen that appears. You can activate the Role List and Unblock option by clicking the settings icon.

b.Role Management:

On this screen, you can see the roles you have created, and you can see the users who have that role by clicking on whichever role.

c.Complaints:

If you have the admin role in this section, you can see complaints from users. In addition, users who have admin role will receive notification of user complaints.

d.System History:

In this section, you can see the record of transactions made on the chat module.

3. User List

This section is open to users in all roles, where you can see the user list. You can also talk to a person by message by clicking on a person’s name. Moreover, you can find a user directly with the search button at the top right.

After messaging with a contact, the detail button will appear on the upper right side of the correspondence screen. With this button, you can view the person’s information, complain, archive or delete the conversation.

4.Blocking a User

To block a user first, open the chat window. Then touch the three dots at the top right. In the window that opens, click the View User button. Then click the block button on the right bottom
