This feature is currently available only on Android apps and requires the app version to be at least 3.6.0.x to be enabled. You can check your app version from the screen where you generate the APK.

How to Enable the Sign in with Google Feature?

To enable the Sign in with Google feature, go to the left menu in the control panel and click on App Login/Register > Basic Configurations. Then, activate the Enable Login and Google Sign In options. After that, click here to request the necessary permission from Google Cloud Platform.

When you access Google Cloud Platform, if a consent window appears, make your selections and click the Agree and Continue button.

If you haven’t previously accessed Google Cloud Platform and created a project, click the Create Project button on the right side of the screen that appears.

Project Name: You can enter your app’s name here, but please note that it cannot be changed later, so make sure to choose carefully.
You can also edit and customize the Project ID just below the project name. It’s recommended to use your app’s name here as well. This ID also cannot be changed later.

Location: If you have other projects created in Google Cloud Platform, you can choose to place this new project under one of them. If not, you can proceed without making any changes.

After entering your details, click the Create button to continue.

Once your project is created, you will be redirected to this page. From the panel on the left side, click on the OAuth consent screen section.

On the screen that appears, click the Get Started button.

On the screen that opens, fill in the App name and User support email fields under the App Information section, then click the Next button.

In the Audience section, select the External option and click the Next button to proceed.

Enter the email address Google will use to contact you in the Contact Information field, then click the Next button.

Check the box in the Finish section, click the Continue button, and then click the Create button.

After completing this step, click the hamburger menu icon located at the top left.

On the screen that opens, click on the Credentials section under APIs & Services.

Click the Create credentials button located at the top.

OAuth client ID butonuna tıklayarak devam edin.

When selected, the rest of the form will appear.

Name: You can enter a name here; this name will not be visible to your users.

Package name: You should enter the name of the APK you generated in the Mobiroller panel. Make sure you have the most up-to-date APK. (To find your package name, go to the Mobiroller panel and click on Download > Android Application.)

SHA-1 certificate fingerprint: Enter the code below without any spaces or missing characters, then click the Create button.

Close the screen that appears by clicking the OK button.

On the screen you’re redirected to, click Create Credentials again, then select the API key option from the dropdown menu.

Your API key will be generated shortly. Copy the generated key, then click the Close button.

You need to paste the copied key into the Google API Key field in the Mobiroller panel. To do this, go to App Login/Register > Basic Configuration in the Mobiroller panel, enable the Google Sign In option, paste the key into the field below, and then click the Save button.

Next, go to the Android App section under the Download tab and click the Generate New AAB/APK File button to update your APK.

To resolve this error, go to the OAuth consent screen section under APIs & Services.

On the screen that opens, go to the Audience section and click the Publish app button.

Then, on the next screen, click the Confirm button to proceed. This will resolve the issue you encountered.

If you want to prevent this warning from appearing, you need to verify your app by completing the Branding section under the Google Auth Platform.

Your Sign in with Google feature is now activated. The option to Sign in with Google will appear on your app’s login screen. You can update your app in the stores accordingly. If you encounter any errors despite completing all the steps correctly, please send an email to support@mobiroller.com with a screenshot of the error. You can access the membership screen by clicking the Manage>Login button on the left side of your panel.

Membership Feature: You can activate the membership screen in your application with this button.

Google Login: When you enable this feature, the Google Login option will also be available among the login options in your application. Your users will be able to log in to your application with their Google accounts.

Anyone can log in: When you enable this feature, the Register button will be active in your application and your users can activate themselves. If you turn off the feature, the Register button will not be visible in the application.

User Agreement: You should enter the link to the User Agreement you prepared for your users in this field. You can create it in places like Google Drive and use the sharing link.

Membership Required Screens: With the screen (module) selections you make here, you can make some or all of the screens exclusive to your member users. You can use the Select All Screens button to select all screens.

You need to press the save button for the changes you made to take active.

Membership Management: You can add members to your application from this section, and after removing the “Anyone can join” option, you can also manually add members from here. You can also use the “Export Members as CSV” button to get the members’ information as an Excel file.

System Role Management: You need to enter the roles you want to give in your application from this section.

Chat Role Management: If you are using the Chat Module in your application, you should use this step to determine the roles in the module.

First of all, you need to check your in-app images, app icon, or menu background images that you add to your app.

Furthermore, if you have added a Music & SoundCloud module to your app and defined your SoundCloud account here, you need to check this area as well. If there is an error in your SoundCloud account name, you will receive an error during APK generation.

1. If you are trying to send push notification from the app for the first time and you can not send;

If you are sending push notification for the first time in your app and none of your devices receive a push notification, this problem is caused by the improper uploaded of the app or an internet connection on your device. If the latest version of your app is downloaded on your device and even though you have an internet connection your push notification doesn’t reach to your device, please contact us at support@mobiroller.com

2. If you can send push notifications before and if you can not now;

If your app can send a push notification before but it no longer reaches your device even if you send it. This problem is caused by your app not being uploaded on your device, not having an internet connection and changing your package name. In order to learn more information regarding package information, you can read the relevant article  What is the Package Name? 

When you change your package name, you need to update your app on your device or the Google Play Store so that you can receive a notification.

To activate the User Agreement feature, go to Manage > Login on the left side menu of your dashboard. Here, you need to enable the options of Enable Login and User Agreement.

Once you have done that, a new field called User Agreement Page Link will appear on the page. Enter the URL of the agreement you have created to this new field.

Once you go through these steps, you User Agreement feature becomes active in your app.
